Ercem Tekstil A.S. will only accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, debit ATM cards. In order to ensure maximum security in the payment system, Ercem Tekstil A.Ş. uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the relevant financial institution. For payments made with Visa and MasterCard, Ercem Tekstil A.Ş. It only accepts SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode signs.

Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose main purpose is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When the payment is made through the secure payment gateway, the system automatically checks whether the credit card is enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce. It then contacts the bank that owns the card and requests approval for the transaction via a personal confirmation code. The transaction is considered valid only when the bank that owns the credit card confirms the confirmation code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

As an additional security measure to the "Secure Payment" system and to cooperate in preventing fraud over the Internet, Ercem Tekstil A.Ş. reserves the right to check the personal information provided by the customer and take any action it deems appropriate (including canceling the order) to ensure that the products purchased are shipped in accordance with the details specified in the order.
